 Olivemead Farm is the perfect base for your holiday with Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Salisbury and the Cotswolds all within a one hour drive.
 There is plenty to see and do no matter what the weather, from the Georgian City of Bath with its famous Roman Baths and architecture, to a visit to Swindon with its Great Western Shopping Centre and Railway museum.
Other places of interest include the heritage sites of Avebury, Silbury Hill, Stonehenge, stately homes and picturesque villages such as Lacock and Castle Combe.
For children there is Bowood with its adventure playground and Longleat with its safari park and other attractions.
 For those with an interest in gardens there is Westonbirt Arboretum and the famous Abbey Gardens in Malmesbury
For people looking for activities there are numerious golf courses, a local riding school, jet skiing at the Cotswold Water Park or Go Karting at Hullavington. There are several swimming pools in the area, including the Oasis complete with waves and domebusters. For evening entertainment why not go to the multiplex cinema, or ten pin bowling or even ice skating at the Link Centre.
